Every build here is a working demonstration on a made-up business. It is live code you can click through and try, not a real client’s results. Each one reads the same way: the problem, what we built, the decisions and why we made them, and the result the work aims for.

Oakline Exteriors
Demo business, not a real client
Oakline Exteriors runs roofing and siding crews on a schedule that shifts with weather and material deliveries. Homeowners calling for an estimate kept getting told "we'll call you back to set a time," and that callback was the point most leads went cold.

Foundry Strength Club
Demo business, not a real client
Foundry Strength Club runs a full week of group classes across three coaches, but the old site just listed class names with no sense of which sessions still had room. Members showed up to find a class already full, and prospective members had no way to see the schedule before joining.

Juniper Table
Demo business, not a real client
Juniper Table is a candlelit bistro that took every reservation over the phone, which meant the host was juggling the dining room and a ringing line at the exact moments dinner service got busiest, and a guest calling during the Thursday rush might not get through at all.

Mane & Honey
Demo business, not a real client
Mane & Honey runs four stylists with different specialties, color and balayage, cuts, facials and massage, bridal, but the old booking process was a phone call where the front desk had to remember who could do what. A guest who called after close with a pricing question just didn't get an answer until morning.

Beacon Plumbing & Air
Demo business, not a real client
Beacon Plumbing & Air fields both true emergencies, a burst pipe, a dead furnace in January, and routine scheduled service on the same phone line, with no way for a caller to signal which one they had before someone picked up.

Hollis & Vance LLP
Demo business, not a real client
Hollis & Vance handles business formation, contracts, employment, and tax-accounting work across three attorneys, but the old site was a single "call our office" page. A prospective client with a routine question after hours had no way to get even a general answer, and booking a consultation meant a phone call during business hours to find out who covered their kind of matter.

Redhill Garage
Demo business, not a real client
Redhill Garage quotes oil changes, brakes, diagnostics, and tire work across three service bays, but every quote and every booking went through the same front-desk phone call, a customer couldn't get even a ballpark price without calling, and the bays' actual half-day capacity lived only in the service writer's head. The owner also had no idea whether the site was doing anything, and changing a headline meant asking someone else and waiting.

Copper Kettle Bakehouse
Demo business, not a real client
Copper Kettle Bakehouse runs a morning rush of drink and pastry orders with no way to order ahead, every customer waited in the same line whether they wanted a black coffee or a full round for the office, and there was no way to track loyalty beyond a paper punch card that got left at home half the time.

Wexford & Way Realty
Demo business, not a real client
Wexford & Way lists active and pending homes, but the old site was a static list of addresses with no photo gallery and no way to book a showing, a buyer interested in a listing had to call the office to even find out if it was still available, let alone see it.
